This includes building global Measurement & Optimization capabilities at Merck & Co./MSD, leading multi-year enterprise transformation and AI road-mapping at Teva Pharmaceuticals, and driving group-wide commercial maturity and KPI frameworks at LGC Group. I’ve also supported post-investment scale-up readiness at Allotex and Vivior, focused on operating-model design, governance, and execution risk reduction.

Earlier in my career, I worked with global consumer electronics and entertainment companies, building customer engagement platforms, digital applications, and large-scale programmes. This foundation in digital product delivery and customer behaviour continues to shape my approach to value creation.
